WHAT ITEMS ARE RETURNABLE?

 

The 30-day FULL COVERAGE Return/Exchange Policy applies to the following conditions:

 

  • We sent the wrong order or item(s), you received broken items, or the quality of the product you received is poor/defective.
  • You received the incorrect personalized item, or the picture’s appearance is different from the photo you provided to AMAZPAMP.
  • Paint is chipping, crystals fell off, etc. (We will only exchange the item(s) for the same product, or for item(s) of equal or lesser value.

 

In these circumstances, AMAZPAMP will cover return postage and replacement fees. Watches are covered for 30 days.

WHAT ITEMS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE?

  • Personalized items are one-of-a-kind, once your order has been submitted we will immediately begin the production on the personalized items, so we do not accept any modifications or returns for any personalized charm(s), unless the picture’s appearance is different from the photo you provided to AMAZPAMP as stated in our 30-day FULL COVERAGE Return/Exchange Policy section.
  • Products have been exposed to corrosive substances, or chemicals. Exposure to harsh chemicals can alter that appearance of your  AMAZPAMP product. These chemicals include, but are not limited to, liquid silver polish, pools, hot tubs, and spas. Oxidized silver is easily damaged.
  • Products are damaged by misuse, mishandling, or poor maintenance.

 

ARE THERE ANY CHARGES FOR RETURNS?

  • There is no charges for return
  • Original shipping charges is non-refundable
  • You are responsible for return shipping charges

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

 

  • Click on   Return Center  on top of our Home page
  • Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click   Find an order
  • Follow the screen instructions and select the items you want to return
  • You will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines

HOW SOON WILL I GET MY REFUND?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 business days.

IS SHIPPING FREE?

  Shipping is free WORLDWIDE 

WHY IS MY ORDER BEING SHIPPED IN DIFFERENT PACKAGES?

 If you have a multi-item order, each item may be shipped from the a different international warehouse, depending on which one has them available the fastest. 

Alternatively, if an item is popular and on a bit of a back order, we might ship your items at different times, in different packages, to prevent holding up your order and to get it to you as fast as possible!

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER GETS STUCK OR LOST IN THE MAIL?

  Our store operates worldwide and you can enjoy expedited shipping with tracking via  UPS, DHL & FedEx . Packages are being shipped via  air transports  and do not pass Customs anymore with these private companies. Expect a very fast delivery of your orders!

WILL I BE CHARGED FOR CUSTOMS AND TAXES?

The prices displayed on our site are all tax included. All packages will be sent via DHL, UPS or FedEx and you do not have to worry about paying taxes.
